What to include in your request
The more precise the information, the more accurate and useful our initial review can be. If available, please send:
- Your name, company and preferred contact details.
- The project location and whether you are a private client or a professional.
- The intended use: kitchen, bathroom, floor, wall, fireplace, staircase, façade, furniture, hospitality or another application.
- The preferred stone, colour, finish or reference images.
- Plans, dimensions, quantities and any technical drawings.
- Your target timetable and any fixed site dates.
- Whether you require supply only, delivery, specialist installation coordination or management of the complete stonework package.
- Site access information, particularly for large, heavy or fragile pieces.
What happens next?
We first review the scope and identify any missing information. Depending on the project, we may propose a telephone or video call, a showroom appointment in Villejuif, material samples, slab photographs or videos, or a technical exchange with your architect or contractor.
Your quotation will specify the proposed material, finish, fabrication, quantities and the services included. Transport, unloading, taxes, installation and other project-specific items are shown or excluded as applicable. Because natural stone is sourced and fabricated for a defined project, availability and pricing are confirmed at the time of quotation.
Small orders and international logistics
We are a specialist importer and bespoke supplier. Small quantities can be disproportionately affected by crating, handling and transport costs, especially when materials travel from a quarry or factory. We will tell you clearly when an alternative format, available stock item or consolidated solution would be more appropriate.
For projects in France managed from overseas, we can communicate in English and coordinate approvals with your local representative. Where the scope justifies it, we can also organise staged deliveries and remote progress reporting.
High-end stone-package management
For selected high-end residential and hospitality projects, Marbre Import can manage the complete marble and natural-stone package—from sourcing and slab approval to technical preparation, fabrication, logistics and specialist installation coordination. This service covers the stonework package and does not replace the architect, main contractor or other trades.
