Handover is a legal and practical milestone
In France, formal acceptance of the works affects the start of statutory warranty periods and the treatment of visible defects. The client or authorised representative should inspect deliberately.

Prepare evidence before inspection
Collect approved samples, slab layouts, drawings, tolerances, product data, substrate records, photographs and earlier instructions. Inspect stone dry, clean and under agreed lighting.
