Premium Crema Marfil Marble: description
Origin and appearance of Premium Crema Marfil Marble
Premium Crema Marfil is quarried in the Alicante region of south-eastern Spain. This compact Eocene limestone is internationally marketed and specified as marble.
The Premium selection is chosen for a controlled light ivory-beige background with fine, discreet veining. Standard and Commercial selections generally allow progressively more visible veining and tonal movement; final approval should always be based on photographs or samples from the actual lot.
Its calm, luminous background works particularly well in refined contemporary interiors and classical architectural settings where visual continuity across large surfaces is important.
The Premium grade is a commercial selection rather than a separate geological material. Availability, colour consistency and vein character vary by extraction area and production lot, so matching requirements should be agreed before ordering.
Characteristics and applications
Premium Crema Marfil is a light, elegant material suited to floors, walls, stairs, bathrooms and reception areas. For busy spaces, the finish, installation and maintenance specification should be confirmed with the project team.
For projects requiring strong tonal continuity, Marbre Import can source and reserve material from a coordinated production lot, subject to quarry availability.
Widely used in luxury hospitality and residential design, Premium Crema Marfil provides a warm neutral base that pairs well with timber, metal, glass and darker stones.

Can this stone be used in kitchens and bathrooms?
Suitability depends on the stone, finish, treatment, expected maintenance and exposure to staining or acidic products. Technical guidance is recommended before ordering.
