About Rainforest Green Marble
Origin and appearance
Rainforest Green combines an expressive organic pattern with a dense natural-stone structure.
The material is a serpentinite, quarried in the Bikaner region of Rajasthan, India and commercially sold as marble.
Its green ground is crossed by brown, root-like veins, creating the characteristic rainforest pattern.
The same material may be marketed as Bidasar Green Marble.
Applications and specification
Like Rainforest Gold, this stone is primarily selected for expressive decorative applications.
It is used for feature walls, bathrooms, bars, fireplaces and selected pool or spa projects after technical validation of the lot, finish, slip resistance, water chemistry and installation system.
For permanent water exposure, the complete specification—including stone testing, sealers, adhesives, grout and water-treatment chemistry—must be reviewed by the stone supplier and pool-system specialist.
