About G633 Granite
Origin and appearance
G633 is a fine-grained light grey granite quarried in Fujian province, China. Its structure includes grey biotite within a granodioritic composition formed during the Precambrian.
Different quarry areas can produce noticeable colour variation. Marbre Import therefore coordinates extraction and lot selection to maintain the required consistency across an order.
The selected finish changes the visual character, from a brighter polished surface to a softer honed, flamed or brushed texture.
Its light grey colour performs well visually in exterior paving and urban applications, while a polished finish suits interior floors, stairs and wall details.
Applications and specification
G633 is used for worktops, floors, stairs, garden features, exterior paving and urban-design elements because of its durability and controlled grain.
It is visually related to G603 Granite, but its finer grain makes it particularly suitable for carving, engraving and precise fabricated details.
Marbre Import can select coordinated lots according to the required grain and colour consistency.
