About Breccia Sinai Limestone
Origin and appearance
Breccia Sinai is a light beige-brown limestone quarried in Egypt’s Sinai region.
It is sometimes commercially described as marble in North American and Asian markets, while European specifications generally classify it as limestone.
Its dense, decorative appearance and ability to take a refined finish give it the visual qualities associated with marble.
Subtly interwoven beige and pale brown tones create a soft brecciated pattern.
The controlled tonal movement gives interiors a warm, finished character without overpowering the space.
Applications and specification
Breccia Sinai is frequently used for interior floors, walls, bathrooms and bespoke decorative features.
Its cream ground and subtle yellow undertones bring warmth and light to architectural interiors.
Available finishes include polished, honed, natural-textured and other project-specific treatments.
We recommend interior use unless current test data for the selected lot confirms suitability for the intended exterior climate, finish and installation system.
Designers often specify Breccia Sinai for residences, hotels and reception spaces because its natural pattern adds richness while remaining visually calm.

Suitability depends on the stone, finish, treatment, expected maintenance and exposure to staining or acidic products. Technical guidance is recommended before ordering.
