New Kashmir Gold Granite

Origin and appearance of New Kashmir Gold Granite

New Kashmir Gold is a granitic stone, more precisely a granulite, quarried in southern India and dating from the Precambrian era, like the related Kashmir Gold.

The original Kashmir Gold quarry is now closed following strong international demand, although limited legacy slabs and blocks may still be available. New Kashmir Gold offers a practical alternative for projects seeking a similar warm character.

New Kashmir Gold offers a contemporary alternative to the classic New Kashmir Gold Granite.

New Kashmir Gold combines the durability of granite with the delicate movement associated with marble.

For a lighter and more restrained palette, consider Kashmir White Granite, an equally elegant Indian granite.

Characteristics and uses of New Kashmir Gold Granite

Its finely interwoven gold, cream and mineral tones become especially rich in a polished finish.

It is suitable for worktops, floors, stairs, wall cladding and bespoke surfaces, with walls and large panels revealing the full depth of its colour.

It combines reliable performance with a warm, timeless decorative character.
